Game description

Set deep beneath the Atlantic Ocean in the mysterious underwater city of Rapture, BioShock follows the story of Jack, a lone survivor of a plane crash who unexpectedly discovers this once-glorious utopia. Built by the visionary Andrew Ryan as a society free from governments and moral constraints, Rapture has fallen into chaos after the misuse of the powerful genetic substance known as ADAM. As Jack explores the city's haunting corridors, he encounters terrifying Splicers, iconic Big Daddies, and the vulnerable Little Sisters, forcing him to make difficult moral choices that shape his journey. Guided by mysterious allies while uncovering shocking secrets about his own identity, Jack must survive the city's deadly inhabitants and unravel the truth behind Rapture's collapse. Blending psychological mystery, philosophical themes, and intense action, BioShock delivers an unforgettable story filled with suspense, betrayal, and one of gaming's most iconic plot twists.
