Game description

Painkiller: Overdose follows the story of Belial, the powerful half-angel, half-demon son of Lucifer, who has been imprisoned for countless years after challenging the forces of Hell. When a catastrophic event shatters his prison, Belial escapes and embarks on a brutal quest for vengeance against both Heaven and Hell, determined to claim the throne of the underworld for himself. Armed with a deadly arsenal of dark and supernatural weapons, he battles through twisted landscapes filled with grotesque demons, undead creatures, and monstrous bosses. As Belial cuts a path of destruction across realms consumed by chaos, he uncovers secrets that reshape his destiny. Blending fast-paced combat, gothic horror, and relentless action, Painkiller: Overdose offers a darker perspective on the Painkiller universe while delivering the series' signature intense gameplay.
