Game description

Painkiller: Black Edition follows the journey of Daniel Garner, a man trapped in Purgatory after dying in a tragic car accident alongside his wife, Catherine. Denied entry into Heaven because of his past sins, Daniel is offered a chance at redemption by the celestial powers. To earn his place beside Catherine, he must battle through hordes of demons, undead creatures, and monstrous guardians that stand between Heaven and Hell. As he travels across eerie cemeteries, ruined castles, haunted villages, and other nightmarish realms, Daniel uncovers a growing conflict that threatens the balance between good and evil. Armed with an arsenal of devastating weapons and supernatural abilities, he fights relentless enemies while confronting powerful fallen generals. Every victory brings him closer to salvation, but also reveals darker secrets behind the war consuming the afterlife.
