Set in the final days of World War II, Sniper Elite V2 follows Karl Fairburne, an American OSS officer and skilled sniper sent undercover to Berlin in 1945. With the city collapsing under the advancing Allied forces, Fairburne is tasked with preventing German V-2 rocket technology from falling into the hands of either the Soviets or the Nazis. As he moves through the devastated streets and ruined buildings of Berlin, he hunts key scientists, officers, and military targets while uncovering a dangerous struggle over the rocket program. Every shot can change the course of the mission, forcing Fairburne to carefully plan his attacks and remain unseen. Along the way, he must survive enemy snipers, soldiers, and the increasingly fierce battle for the city. His mission becomes a race against time as the Soviets close in and Germany faces defeat.
